Hot Stone Massage

This unique massage combines Swedish techniques with the use of hot, oiled lava stones. The stones are placed on the body to stimulate energy and promote your body's harmonic balance. The body is gently massaged with the stones allowing the heat to penetrate into the muscles for deep relaxation and therapeutic effect.

Thai Fusion Massage

Enjoy a relaxing Swedish massage that incorporates Thai yoga stretches and Reflexology techniques for deep relaxation, increased flexibility and restored mental and physical balance. (PLEASE NOTE: This is not a traditional Thai massage)

Hot Towel Massage

A soothing, therapeutic massage using steamed towels to ease sore muscles. Moist heat from steamed towels penetrates deeply into the muscles, joint and soft tissues for maximum pain relief.

Mommy-To-Be Massage

Taking time for yourself during pregnancy can be uplifting emotionally. The soothing touch of massage during pregnancy allows the mommy-to-be to unwind and feel comforted from the stress her body is in due to increased weight, shifting posture and adjusting hormone levels.

This massage is done with the client lying on her side, with her head, legs and stomach supported with cushions and pillows. The therapist can then work safely on her back without creating any increased pressure.

For a portion of the session the client will be helped into a semi-reclining position with her legs elevated. This position allows the therapist to treat the rest of the body (shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, scalp), and it allows the client to experience great comfort and deep relaxation-in the safest way possible.

Spellbound Aromatherapy Massage

Your therapist will help you choose the essential oils that best fit your needs and will blend them into your massage oil. Soothing, kneading and stretching massage strokes will leave you thoroughly rejuvenated

Medical Massage

Medical Massage is result oriented and the treatment is specifically directed to resolve conditions that have been diagnosed by a Physician. The therapist may use a variety of modalities or procedures during the treatment, but will focus the Medical Massage treatment only on the areas of the body related to the diagnosis and prescription. The therapist will perform a thorough assessment/evaluation with the client prior to beginning treatment. Medical massage is useful in addressing conditions such as:

* Migraines/headaches
* Range of motion issues
* Fibromyalgia
* Back and Neck pain
* Pain associated with postural imbalances

Cupping Massage

Massage Cupping is the combination of massage techniques and negative pressure with the use of a suction device on the skin. A cup is positioned at the area to be treated and a vacuum is created within the cup to draw the skin and underlying tissue into the cup. The produced vacuum creates a suction effect that increases blood and lymphatic circulation systemically and to the local area, relaxes muscle tissue and draws stagnation, pathogenic factors and toxins out of the body and releases a myriad of pain causing factors. The increased local blood supply to the muscles and skin will bring nourishment and allow for toxins to be carried away through the veins. Clients often feel deep warmth during the session and the action on the nervous system is sedating, leaving clients in a deep state of relaxation. Perfect for those with chronic muscle pain and tension, or anyone experiencing cold or flu symptoms.

Breathe Easy

A gentle and relaxing massage of the face, neck and head, using pressure point therapy to relieve sinus pressure & congestion, and the pain and achiness caused by it. Add essential oils of eucalyptus or peppermint for an additional benefit!

Head Trip

Studies show that scalp massage can improve circulation to the scalp, relieve headache pain and increase seratonin production. Combined with some attention to the neck and shoulder area, this add-on will produce an overall "feel-good" result!

Happy Feet

The feet have thousands of nerve endings with trigger points that correlate to the entire body. Using acupressure points to stimulate relaxation throughout the entire body, a foot massage is a great treat and helps reduce stress and assists in overall relaxation for better health.

Ear Candling

Ear Candling, or Thermo Auricular Therapy as it is also known, can be used to treat many conditions of the ear, nose and throat area.

The candles work by vaporizing their ingredients once lit, causing convectional air flow towards the first chamber of the ear. The candle creates a mild suction which lets the vapors gently massage the eardrum and auditory canal. Once the candle is placed in the ear it forms a seal which enables wax and other impurities to be drawn out of the ear.

What can be treated with Ear Candles?

If you are in doubt about any of these conditions or problems you have with your ear, please consult your physician before scheduling a treatment.

Your therapist will use 2-4 candles per ear, depending on your needs. Price varies based on number of candles used. Each candle takes approximately 10 minutes to burn, so a minimum treatment of two candles per ear takes approximately 40 minutes.
